The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for portions of Southwestern Pennsylvania, including Allegheny, Beaver, Greene and Washington counties, beginning at 1 p.m. through late tonight.
A flood watch remains in effect Thursday for most of Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and southeastern Indiana. Heavy rain is expected throughout the day.
Predictions of freezing rain for Pittsburgh didn't come true, but the nonfreezing version is expected to cause some problems; the National Weather posts a flood advisory for the Mon Wharf.
