The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for portions of Southwestern Pennsylvania, including Allegheny, Beaver, Greene and Washington counties, beginning at 1 p.m. through late tonight.
A flood watch remains in effect Thursday for most of Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and southeastern Indiana. Heavy rain is expected throughout the day.
